- The key for the house and property will be handed over by the house manager upon arrival, in the course of the briefing.
- On the day of departure, the key ring will be returned to the house will be returned to the house manager.

- The accumulating household waste is disposed of independently by the guests in a depot in the village of Ariany. The check card for access is in the information folder.

- The house is available for use from 16:00 on the day of arrival. If an earlier arrival is desired, please contact us.
- The house must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
- The finca is located in a very rural area – there are many animals, including eagle owls, red kites, ibises, hoopoes, hedgehogs and turtles to discover.
- Despite careful and regular cleaning, it cannot be ruled out that there are animals and insects on or in the house.
- Unfortunately, it is not possible to bring pets.
- No parties or events
Parents are responsible for their children. - No open fire.
- Smoking inside the house is forbidden
- If trash or cigarette butts are left inside or outside, an extra fee of 100 € will be charged.
- It is requested to refrain from using shower gel and shampoo when using the terrace shower.
- During the stay of the guests, employees may enter the finca or the property to perform necessary
necessary work, such as pool or garden maintenance. - This is done only after prior consultation with the tenants!
- Only the booked and registered guests are allowed to stay and live in the house.

Heating costs 12,50 €/ day.
- The tower and the flat roof are not accessible.
- No liability is assumed in case of access.
- Events or parties are prohibited
- The finca is located in a very quiet area, which is why
neighbors quickly call the police in case of party noise. - Should the guests disregard this, the appropriate authorities will be informed immediately and the right to expel the guests from the house will be reserved.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation up to 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fee & full refund. Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: 40% of the rental cost. Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental costs
Rental period
Minimum rental period in summer is 1 week.
